Cleveland Georgia Public Library
The Gateway Amateur Radio Club provided a comprehensive set of A.R.R.L. books for the Cleveland Public Library.  The publications cover a variety of subjects relative to Amateur Radio and Communications Technology.  Several of these books are held in an protected area and you may need a librarian’s assistance to access them or to check them out. Don’t be afraid to ask for front desk for assistance.
